MISLEADING PRICING, HIGH-PRESSURE SALES TACTICS, AND UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER – AVOID!REPOST: It’s extremely upsetting that the owner deleted the original review my fiancé wrote, instead of taking accountability. This only confirms the behavior we experienced — avoiding responsibility and silencing honest feedback. We are not argumentative or rude people; all we ever wanted was a smooth and respectful process for our wedding day. Instead, we were met with a stressful, disappointing, and frustrating experience from start to finish.We still have the emails and text messages that prove exactly what happened — including the original quote given, the pushy communication, and the unprofessional replies. The deletion of the review was not only disheartening, but also felt like an attempt to bury the truth rather than resolve the issue with integrity.ORIGINAL POST: I had a very frustrating experience with DJ’s Limousine Service and would not recommend them to anyone looking for professional and transparent service.I initially inquired about booking an Antique Rolls Royce for my wedding and was quoted $850 for a 3-hour package. Nowhere in that original email was it stated that the quote was only valid for seven days. However the owner did not honor the that and wrongfully voided that quote early and would not return the deposit.What made this situation even worse was the high-pressure sales tactics used. I was repeatedly contacted and pushed to sign the contract quickly, even though I had communicated that I needed until the evening to properly review everything with my fiancé. I felt rushed and uncomfortable with the lack of transparency regarding the pricing and terms.To make matters worse, when I reached out for clarification about the sudden price increase and the early voiding of my original quote, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism from the owner. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, he was dismissive, unwilling to take accountability, and showed no regard for customer satisfaction. His attitude and handling of the situation were completely unacceptable for a business that claims to provide high-end luxury service.I strongly advise anyone considering DJ’s Limousine Service to be cautious, ask for all terms in writing upfront, and be prepared for sudden price increases and an unprofessional attitude if you try to question them. There are far better companies out there that value honesty and customer service.
My group took the 20 passenger van into the city for a night at Lincoln Center. From booking to drop off at the end of the evening working with DJs could not have gone smoother. Dominick communicated with me throughout the booking process and answered all of my questions. Our driver, Larry, arrived early and helped us get set up with music and assisted us all into the van. The van was clean and fully appointed. Larry was courteous, knew the city ins and outs, dropped us off and picked us up seamlessly, and got us home safely. We will be booking with DJs again for sure!
DJ's service was impeccable! Cars were on time, clean and the drivers were perfect Gentleman. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of a car service. We used the Rolls and the stretch for my daughter's wedding last week and everything was perfect!!! Thanks again guys!

Highly professional limo service! I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Glynn on the phone. He is a very humble man who cares a lot about his customers. I liked how he took the time to listen to what I wanted on my upcoming wedding day. I did not feel pressured or overwhelmed. I liked how he gently explained each type of transportation he has and which one I would feel more comfortable in. He assured me that my limo driver is going to get me and the rest of the bridal party to the venue safe. Safety is a big concern for me because I have a hard time trusting other drivers. After talking to Mr.Glynn I feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease knowing that the transportation to the wedding will be enjoyable. Thank you and see you soon!

DJ's Limo service far exceeded my expectations on my wedding day by offering a reliable ride to my ceremony and venue and provided a beautiful, clean vehicle. Our driver, Qasim, was also very helpful in the event of bad weather and offered much assistance outside of driving. I would absolutely hire DJ's Limo again for a major event as they were professional and far exceeded my expectations.

I used DJs for my wedding on Sunday. He gave us a great price for our wedding package compared to other companies in the area. John, our driver, arrived 10 mins earlier than our scheduled time and was very professional and patient as our bridal party was running a little behind. From pickup to drop off everything went as smooth as can be. Will definitely use DJs service again in the future!

I want to take a moment since it had slipped my mind to post my review on Google. I sent this message personally to Dominick. On July 30,2022 we got married using the beautiful Cadillac Escalade which we were not sure if the new Cadillac would be there on time but it was and it was everything we dreamed of and more the car was absolutely beautiful! We wanted to take sometime out to thank you from the bottom of our hearts! The day couldn’t have gone any better for us! It was truly amazing! We wanted to especially thank Luis he was absolutely amazing perfect even! He made our day amazing making sure my train of my dress was absolutely perfect for when I walked down the aisle!
